Carolyn C. Kilpatrick is Owner and Managing Partner of J & A Global Partners, LLC.  A former Congresswoman, an educator earning a Master of Science degree from the University of Michigan, Ms. Kilpatrick served on the powerful Appropriations Committee in both the State of Michigan and U.S. House of Representatives.  A proven visionary and strategic leader, Ms. Kilpatrick is able to establish relationships, build consensus, negotiate compromises, and solve problems to meet the interest of her clients.
