The Joint Center Health Policy Institute co-sponsored a Medicaid Forum, Medicaid in Crisis: It's Not Somebody Else's Problem, with the American Public Health Association. Co-moderated by The Honorable Louis W. Sullivan, M.D. and Gail C. Christopher, D.N., Director, Joint Center Health Policy Institute, the forum focused on Medicaid's counter-cyclical nature and its impact on the economy. The panelists included: Warren A.
