The Watch In! will continue until November 10, 2009.  In this new documentary, the California Newsreel explores the causes behind rising health care costs.  The film, based on the book Money Driven Medicine: The Real Reason Health Care Costs So Much by Maggie Mahar, presents rarely seen look at how our health care system went awry, and the challenges we face in fixing it.  It also poses the telling question of whether Americans are paying for quantity or quality regarding their health care.  Championing universal coverage, Money Driven Medicine provides a window the downside of private insurance coverage - and encourages patients and physicians alike to become better educated.
