Moving From Awareness to Engagement and Mobilization

At the Action Labs, teams will:

  • Explore the experiences, success, and challenges of the first 6 years of the movement;
  • Learn about the determinants of health in the local area and engage in dialogue with community leaders to share implementation strategies to achieve health equity, through a process called a Community Based Interactive Experience (CBIE);
  • Engage in create a culture of teamwork and learning among health equity practitioners from across the field and the country.
