PLACE MATTERS at the Annual American Public Health Association Conference

This year, the Joint Center Health Policy Institute officially participated in the Annual American Public Health Assocation Conference.  In addition to hosting an exhibition booth, several PLACE MATTERS team members presented on the work during a session addressing health inequities.
