The Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies held their 2008 Annual Dinner on April 8. United States Congressman James E. Clyburn served as keynote speaker and was presented with the Louis E. Martin Great American Award. The inaugural Partnership Award was presented to William D. Novelli, CEO of AARP.
