The Joint Center 2013 Annual Gala Dinner was held on Tuesday, May 7, 2013. United Nations Ambassador Susan E. Rice was honored with the Louis E. Martin Great American Award, while the Congressional Black Caucus recieved the Partnership Award. Opening remarks were provided by Vice President Joe Biden.
